1. Services

Zenith Media House provides creative agency services including brand development, video production, social media management, web development, and launch strategy. All services are delivered per individual project agreements and statements of work.

2. Intellectual Property

All creative deliverables, designs, code, video content, and strategic materials produced by Zenith Media House remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement. Zenith Media House retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

3. Limitation of Liability

Zenith Media House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
